About Us

Inspired by fine chocolate of France and the art of a beautifully wrapped gift, Courtney Paul developed a line of hand-crafted, flavorful chocolate bars.

Each chocolate is carefully chosen for its distinct flavor which has been naturally cultivated from the soil and minerals of the cacao trees of the region.  We then pair each chocolate with traditional American ingredients to enhance the complex flavors of bar.
